~ 拆骨離肉術 ~

今早的晨會討論一種不常見的疾病 "OCD = osteochondral dissecans 分離性骨軟骨炎"

在我工作15年後 , 而且還是在"名不見經傳"的地區醫院服務 , 竟然還是常常有意外的收獲 (本院院長太有名氣囉...)

OCD有3/4的機會發生在knee joint , 而本院來就診的病人竟是發生在talus

OCD  chondral collapse  fracture or septic arthritis

OCD的治療方法大致分2種(1)Arthroscopic surgery ; (2)Osteochondral autograft transfer (OATS)(=cartilage transplant)

術後物理治療包括：immobilization , regain stretnth , then restore free walking
